We sometimes use water to bring out the natural color of the wood but we never use waxes, oils, stains, etc. If you are not satisfied with the product then return it in the same condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Payments - We accept Visa, Mastercard (via Pay Pal), Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Personal Check (will hold product until it clears).

Shipping - Shipping costs vary depending on your location. It is not uncommon that shipping costs more than the sale price of the boards. Especially for smaller orders. Smaller orders are usually shipped via USPS. Large orders are shipped via freight.
